Skyline Mental Health is currently accepting applications for graduate-level internships and post-graduate Resident-in-Counseling placements for the 2025 training year!

This is an advanced internship opportunity designed for trainees who already have clinical experience and are looking to expand their career in a trauma-informed practice.

At Skyline Mental Health, you'll have the chance to:

• Learn invaluable trauma-informed skills that you can immediately apply in your work.

• Receive supportive feedback through didactic practice and video reviews to sharpen your clinical skills.

• Complete your required clinical hours with a flexible schedule, while working with a unique and diverse client population.

• Engage in ongoing training in trauma-informed approaches such as IFS/parts work, Sandtray therapy, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing through an attachment-focused lens.

Angela Green, LPC is a registered supervisor for Residents-in-Counseling in Virginia and is committed to providing a supportive, hands-on learning environment for all interns and residents.
